Nutrition Information
The Home Delivered Meals (Meals on Wheels) program provides homebound seniors with a daily hot meal and a reassuring friendly visit. For many seniors, a home delivered meal increases their sense of independence and prevents premature institutionalization. For more information about this program. Please Call the Cerritos Senior Center at (562) 916-8550.
HSA Lunch Program
Daily hot lunches are provided by the Human Services Association (HSA). Ask for a lunch program manager to fill out an intake form. For more information, call (562) 916-8555.
